This means to me to advocate for one another and to lift one another up.

I am completely obsessed with Llamas and Alpacas.
How long have you worked in the IT industry?
26 Years.
What would you say is the biggest challenge working in the IT field as a woman?
The biggest challenge can be that I am not taken seriously.
What words would you use to inspire others facing an professional or project-related obstacle?
The more you continue to talk things through, the more you will understand and get through the obstacle. Communication is key.
Can you describe a recent positive experience working with another woman at Technologent?
I work with inspiring women daily. But my recent positive experience is that I’m constantly being educated in a positive manner.
What is a professional/career goal for you this year?
To continue to learn all the different manufactures and technology.

Name a fun fact about yourself that you’d like more people to know?
In my teenage years, I had the incredible opportunity to compete in the Junior Olympics, where I earned 2nd place in the 100m and 5th place in the long jump. It's a unique part of my past that not many people know, but it was an amazing experience that shaped my passion for sports.
