What does the phrase “Women of Tech(nologent)” mean to you?
To me, “Women of Tech(nologent)” means empowerment, innovation, and positive influence.
Women are often underrepresented in the IT industry, however, it has been a great pleasure to be working for a company that celebrates and recognizes the accomplishments of women.
The Women of Tech(nologent) make me feel motivated, confident, and supported. They bring unique and creative ways in providing innovative solutions. It has been an honor to be a part of this strong and positive community.
How long have you worked in the IT industry?
I have been in the IT industry for 20 amazing years. It has been quite the adventure!
What words would you use to inspire others facing an professional or project-related obstacle?
I would say to stay focused, be persistent, find ways to be creative, and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
Can you describe a recent positive experience working with another woman at Technologent?
I am truly grateful to work closely with my director, Christine Cerino, and portfolio manager, Jennifer Droukas. Their exceptional attention to detail and ability to bring creative ideas have helped me in so many ways. Collaborating with these wonderful women have made a significant impact on the success of the many projects we manage.

I’ve worked in the bull riding production industry for 24 years.
